Reconstruction of Klaipėda 330/110/10 kV transformer substation

Project implementation progress: during reconstruction of Klaipeda transformer substation two 330/110/10 kV autotransformers of 250 MVA were delivered to the substation.

Renovation works of 330 kV equipment in Kaunas 330/110/10 kV transformer substation

Project implementation progress: the existing 330/110/10 kV, 125 MVA autotransformer is disconnected from the primary and secondary circuits, dismantled and disposed of; new 330/110/10 kV, 125 MVA autotransformer is designed and detail technical project for connection of the new autotransformer to Kaunas 330/110/10 kV AT-1 primary, control and alarm circuits is prepared and approved by the client; new 330/110/10 kV, 125 MVA autotransformer is produced, tested at the factory, delivered and assembled; monitoring system for autotransformer is installed and adjusted; control and power supply circuits of autotransformer are connected and adjusted; autotransformer tests are carried out according to the manufacturer and the customer internal regulatory documents before the commissioning; staff training is performed; technical documentation is completed and submitted to the customer; autotransformer primary circuits are connected; autotransformer is connected to the network for a trial period; formal note is signed confirming the transfer/acceptance and recognition of suitability for usage.

Newly delivered equipment: 330/110/10 kV, 125 MVA autotransformer, autotransformer monitoring system.

Reconstruction of Tauralaukis 110/10 kV transformer substation

Project implementation progress: the old 110/10 kV, 10 MVA power transformer was dismantled and moved to the customer's base; 10 kV transformer for customer's own needs, 10 kV compensation coil, 10 kV switch and the foundation for this all equipment was dismantled and moved to a new location; 10 kV cables were dismantled; oil pit for 110/10 kV power transformer was put in order and oil drain line repair was performed; new 110/10 kV, 16 MVA power transformer was moved in, installed and tested; new 10 kV equipment (own-needs power transformers, compensation coil and the switch) was moved in and installed; 10 kV power section with power switch was dismantled; new 10 kV section with disconnector was moved in and installed; new 10 kV power cables were installed; old communication equipment cabinets were dismantled; new communication equipment cabinet was moved in and installed, also remote data collection and transfer cabinet was newly installed; all works for adjusting relay protection and control, as well as remote data collection and transfer systems were performed; staff training was conducted; the substation was commissioned by State Energy Inspectorate and transfer/acceptance formal note was signed. Detail project for reconstruction was implemented under a separate contract.

Newly delivered equipment: 110/10 kV, 16 MVA power transformer, 10 kV transformer for own needs; 10 kV compensation coil, 10 kV disconnector, 10 kV surge arresters, 10 kV section with circuit breaker; automatic back-up switch controller; 10 kV cables; remote data collection and transfer cabinet and equipment; building control system cabinet and equipment.

Production of modular boiler units

During the period from 01 November 2011 to 18 June 2012, together with partners from Finland and Belarus, we have designed, produced and assembled the automated modular boiler units with a capacity of 6.8 MW (3 x 6.8 MW). Modular boiler is designed for the facility “The Enrichment Factory in Garlyko Potassium Salts Deposit in Lebap Region of Turkmenistan”.
