Construction of circulating water supply unit No 5 used for the production of hydrogen

The construction of circulating water supply unit No 5 for the hydrogen production plant of the JSC Mozyr Oil Refinery (Republic of Belarus) is our largest project undertaken in the area of industrial water circulation systems.

CWS-5 CONSISTS OF THREE CIRCULATION CYCLES:

  • Water circulation system I, water cycle capacity - 4000 m3/h
  • Water circulation system II, water cycle capacity - 2300 m3/h
  • Water circulation system IIa, water cycle capacity - 1,400.00 m3/h

UAB EKOBANA HAS PUT TOGETHER THE FOLLOWING WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM:

  • Water circulation system I: a fan cooling tower, coalescing oil separators, a group of hot water submersible circulation pumps, a group of submersible circulation pumps for chilled water, and a control system.
  • Water circulation system II: a fan cooling tower, a group of submersible circulation pumps for chilled water, a control system.
  • Water circulation system IIa: a fan cooling tower, a group of submersible circulation pumps for chilled water, a group of chemical dispensing pumps, and a control system.

As part of this project, we selected and delivered the equipment, performed the final assembly and commissioning works, and are also performing warranty service.

Project construction and installation works were performed by the specialists of OAO Mozirskoe Montazhnoe Upravlenie Neftezavodmontazh, Mozyr.
