Reconstruction of 110/10 kV Žvėrynas substation in Vilnius

UAB Ekobana implemented 110/10 kV Žvėrynas substation in Vilnius reconstruction work, provided equipment, drafted the work project and personal of the customer have been instructed.

The execution of the contract included preparation of the work project, disassembled of the old two 25 MVA power transformers, transport it to customers werehouse and maintenance, disassembled of the old 10 kV cables, new 110/10/10 kV 40 MVA power transformers (2 units) delivery to the substation, installation and testing of new 10 kV cables, installation and commissioning for all object.

 According to AB Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius (ESO), the contract was executed flawlessly within the contract estimates, performed in accordance with all technical terms and conditions of the contract.

 It should be noted that the new 110/10/10 kV 40 MVA power transformers installed by JSC Ekobana are incredibly low noise - after the measurements the noise emitted by power transformers at the substation, it turned out that the noise does not exceed the sound of tree rustling.
