UAB "Ekobana" contribution in the project of the development of water supply and sewage disposal networks in the Vilnius agglomeration, Nemenčinė, Vilnius district

UAB "Ekobana" and our subcontractors successfully completed the construction contract started in 2021 for the development of water supply and sewage disposal networks in the Vilnius agglomeration, Nemenčinė, Vilnius district.

The main works stipulated in the contract were completed on December 15, 2023. During the execution period of the contract, UAB "Ekobana" with its subcontractors laid almost 6 kilometers of water supply networks and over 4 kilometers of sewage networks, 10 km 262 meters totally, installed two automated sewage pumping stations with convenient access and service areas, as well as 22 fire hydrants. 63 water supply inlets and 75 sewage outlets were installed to connect households to centralized water supply networks.

Pipelines were built both in closed and open ways. After the completion of the laying of the water supply and sewage networks, the damaged surfaces (streets, sidewalks, lawns) were restored.

After completing the second part of the drinking water supply and wastewater treatment networks development project in Nemenčinė, residents of Vilniaus, Vėtrungės, Užupio, Šilo, Saulėtekio, Miško, Kosmonautų, Kalno, Pakalnės streets, whose houses were included in the project "Development of water supply and sewage networks in agglomerations in Vilnius county", can now connect to centralized drinking water supply and/or sewage management networks and thus improve their household, save money in wastewater management, drink and use high-quality, hygienic water and contribute to the reduction of environmental pollution.
