Team Training: A Train Journey and Lessons in Implementing Change
In the first days of September, employees of UAB "Ekobana" took part in team training sessions on collaboration, change management, and responsibility. The unique atmosphere of the training was created by the fact that we traveled to and from the training venue by train – for some, it was the first train ride in many years. The assignments started right during the journey: in the train carriage, participants discussed, shared experiences, and engaged in interactive tasks.
The training covered the most important topics relevant to every team:

what conditions are necessary for changes to start and be successfully completed;

what are the typical attitudes people have towards change and how to recognize them;

how to avoid the most common mistakes when implementing changes;

decision-making processes within the team;

developing individual responsibility for the decisions made.
This training allowed the team not only to gain new knowledge but also to strengthen cooperation and draw inspiration for future work. The insights and practical examples acquired will contribute to more effective change management, a stronger culture of responsibility, and more harmonious daily work.
